Sanctioning Information

Sanctioning has transitioned from manual form entry to the Rugby Canada sportlomo site as of June 6, 2025. 

Please note that all Exhibition games, Tournaments, Events, Camps & Clinics need to be sanctioned and approved by Rugby Manitoba and Rugby Canada.

All rosters may include players who are not traveling at the time of submission. Forms are due 30 days prior to departure or hosting an event.

Do not wait to submit your forms, they will be subject to expedited costs for sanctioning if the deadline is missed.
