Team Manitoba Coaches for the 2025 Canada Summer Games in NFLD

Rugby Manitoba is thrilled to announce the coaching teams for the U20 Men's and U18 Women's Rugby Sevens teams representing Manitoba at the 2025 Canada Summer Games.


U18 Women’s Team Manitoba Coaches:

  • Kathleen Muirhead from Minnedosa – Coach
  • Joanne Fraser from Winnipeg – Coach/Team Manager
  • Sarah-Jane Speers from Brandon – Apprentice Coach

Kathleen Muirhead and Joanne Fraser bring a wealth of experience and passion to the U18 Women’s team. Kathleen has a proven track record in player development, while Joanne's strategic insights will be invaluable. Sarah-Jane Speers, as the apprentice coach, will be honing her skills under their guidance, contributing to the team's growth and success.


U20 Men’s Team Manitoba Coaches:

  • Justin Antoski from Morris – Head Coach
  • Gerald Lopez from Dauphin – Assistant Coach/Team Manager

Justin Antoski and Gerald Lopez will be leading the charge for the U20 Men's team. With their combined experience and commitment to the sport, they are set to build a competitive and dynamic team that will represent Manitoba with pride.

We are excited to see these teams thrive under the leadership of these outstanding coaches and look forward to their journey towards the Canada Summer Games.
