Rugby Manitoba is happy to announce the coaching team for the U16 Girls 15s Provincial Team for the upcoming season:


Head Coach: Codi Harrigan


Codi brings a wealth of experience both as a player and coach. He began his rugby journey with the Dauphin Clippers High School team and continued with the Parkland Mavericks Senior Men’s team. His coaching portfolio includes flag rugby, U12 introductory contact, U14 contact rugby, and the Mavericks Senior Men. Codi is deeply passionate about rugby development and is committed to fostering a positive and competitive environment for young athletes.

Assistant Coach: Lexi Schmidt


Lexi has been playing rugby for seven years, during which she discovered her passion for coaching. Over the past year, she has dedicated herself to nurturing youth rugby programs, focusing on building strong foundations and inspiring the next generation of players. Lexi’s dedication to the growth of the rugby community will be an incredible asset to the U16 girls program.


With Codi’s experience and Lexi’s enthusiasm for youth development, this coaching team is ready to guide and inspire the U16 Girls Provincial Team toward success.
