U19 Boys 15s Provincial Team Coaches

Rugby Manitoba is thrilled to announce the coaching team for the U19 Boys 15s Provincial Team!

Head Coach: Guy McKim

Guy McKim brings decades of experience to this role, having been deeply involved in rugby as both a player and a coach since 1968. His impressive background includes playing and coaching roles across Canada, the UK, and internationally. Guy’s contributions to rugby in Manitoba are unparalleled, including co-founding clubs, establishing programs, and developing countless athletes over his career. His extensive coaching expertise spans high school, club, provincial, and university-level rugby.

Assistant Coach: Devon Maas

Devon Maas, a passionate and skilled athlete, will join Guy as Assistant Coach. Devon has played rugby for over a decade, starting with nine years of school-level rugby in Sri Lanka. He currently plays as a scrumhalf (#9) for the Eastman Warriors in Steinbach. His commitment and love for rugby shine through both on and off the field.
