SJ Speers, a member of the coaching staff for the Canada Summer Games U18 Girls Sevens Team was joined by Team Captain Tylie Fraser on CTV Morning LIVE today to share her journey as part of the Coaching Association of Canada’s 2025 Women in Coaching Canada Games Apprenticeship Program.

SJ and Tylie expressed their gratitude to the program and all the support received behind the scenes as they gear up tot travel to St. John’s to represent Team Toba in the “Big Show” as the team calls it. The 2025 St. John’s Jeux du Canada Games run from August 8-25, 2025 in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
