Flag Rugby is a fun, all-inclusive way to introduce people to the fundamental skills of rugby with a big emphasis on having fun! No experience needed to play and all are welcome to come try it out!
Flag Rugby substitutes a traditional “tackle” with a flag. Flag Rugby is perfect for new players!

COVID Safety
Flag Rugby operates in Rugby Manitoba’s PHASE 3, 4 & 5. Of the Rugby Manitoba RTP.

Group size within government restrictions
25 for a small outdoor area or 50 for full size rugby field. Indoor max 10. -
1 hour session length.

Bring own equipment including clearly labelled water bottle.

Come dressed for training.

Shared ball only.

Disinfect equipment before session and before leaving.

Mandatory attestations and attendance tracking.

Minor Rugby- For kids born 2009-2019
Cost $80, for 20 sessions (less than $5 per session)
Includes 4 provincial Jamborees
Spring Season Runs 1st May-June 30th.
Fall Minor Rugby Season Runs Late August-October
Junior Rugby – For teens born 2008-2002
Cost $80, for 20 sessions (less than $5 per session)
Includes 4 provincial Jamborees
Pre-Season for Summer Club Contact Rugby. (U16 & U19)
Summer Junior Club Contact Rugby Runs (U16 & U19) July & August
Senior Rugby – Born prior to 2002
Cost $80, for 20 sessions ($5 per session)
Pre-Season for Senior Competitive and Recreational Rugby
Senior Club Rugby Season Runs July-October
